Our Classes
RIDE
RIDE is a total-body indoor cycling workout. Expect 45-minutes of music driven fun combos that will leave you sweating after a fast-past cardio workout. At Ministry of Burn, we offer 3 levels of RIDE classes; for beginners, all the way to seasoned riders. Each trainer brings something different to the class, but expect all our ride classes to be high energy with maximum BURN!
ROW HIIT
Row HIIT consists of a challenging combination of aerobic conditioning on the rower, and resistance training on the mat to give you a well-balanced, total-body BURN. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods to improve the intensity of your cardio. Suitable for all fitness levels.
