INTRO TO RIDE

A 45 minute fun and engaging cardio full body workout on a bike focusing and introducing techniques such as bike set-up, clipping in/out & secrets to conquering movements to help you feel comfortable and ride in a safe and efficient way. Combined with calorie burning intervals and functional specific movements, that not only sculpt your upper body, but build stamina and strength.

RIDE

Our signature 45 minute bike based workout is designed for efficiency. The cardio intervals and total body training combinations are proven to lean and tone your body. Burn 500 to 800 calories in no time and have fun doing it. Never Ride alone to our heart pumping music and energetic instructors, leave your stress and worries behind, you’ll find satisfaction and empowerment in our studio. It’s Crazy what 45 minutes of indoor cycling can benefit you!

RIDE DIRTY

If you're looking to take your fitness to the next level, saddle up and RIDE DIRTY with the MOBSQUAD. Our instructors will push your limits, sharpening your mind while drenching you in sweaty fun! Recommended for seasoned riders as you are already familiar with the movements. Resistance up and power through!

ROW

Our signature ROW class is designed to incorporate cardio and strength training, rowing intervals on international standard’s competitive rowing machines with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balanced workout. This calorie burning, heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, total-body burn is as fun and effective as it gets.

INTRO TO ROW

New to indoor rowing? Don’t sweat it, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This program is introduced for you to learn the basic and fundamental of rowing, focusing on form and movements. Don’t worry, it’ll still be a sweat session.

ROWCAMP ( 50 MINS )

One of a kind workout for all levels. It'll whip you into shape - guaranteed! Four heart thumping stations on and off the rower to condition your body. You can command Power, Strength and Agility with this challenge-inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you will engage & sculpt your muscles through a combination of weight training & cardiovascular exercises. MOVE

MOVE is the perfect mat based full body functional workout for everyone. We find strength and endurance on THE MAT. Let the music help you keep those jacks going. With an easy-to-follow routine, you will experience music and fitness as ONE. MOVE is the gateway to the TONED body, the almighty 6-pack & strong core.

MOB PILATES

A workout integrating the principles from the Pilates practice of control, balance and posture. Emphasising on engaging the core yet mixed with graceful, ballet-inspired movements as well as the cardio aspects of HIIT.
