I am an architect by profession, and a fitness instructor by passion. I train myself every weekday and focus on functionality. I would also associate myself with the term “foodie” and will never turn down food that I love, so I will eat and be very discipline with my workout. I believe that consistency is key, so in my class, there is no room for slacking!
