Where is the studio located at?

Our studio is located at 27-1, Jalan Medan Setia 1, Bukit Damansara, 50490, Kuala Lumpur. 

Are there any specific landmarks that we can refer to locate your studio?

Our studio is located above Tasty Chapathi Restaurant. If you are driving, you will see Tasty Chapathi Restaurant right after Pizza Hut. For driving directions, you can check it out via Google Maps here. Alternatively, you can also use this link to drive using Waze too.


What are the amenities available at the studio?
  1. LOCKERS are available to keep your personal belongings while you are in class. 
  2. RIDE SHOES are provided for all RIDE classes. If you have your own, kindly note that our bikes are fitted with Look-Keo pedals.
  3. TOWELS – We provide towels for all class types.
    *Covid-19 Update: Please note that towels will not be provided until further notice as a healthy & safety measure. Kindly be reminded to bring your own towels.  
  4. SHOWER FACILITIES are available for your convenience. 
  5. WATER DISPENSER – please note that we do not sell bottled water at our studio. #sayNOtoPlastic.



Where can I park when I arrive within the studio area?

You may park at the public street-side parking bays located around the Plaza Damansara area. To avoid any parking fines, you may use the JomParking or Smart Selangor app to pay for the parking fee.

The street-side parking is always full during peak hours. Where else can I park at?

You may head over to the covered car park at Plaza Damansara after turning to your  left at the end of the street (You will drive past Chic a Don Restaurant on your left before turning to the left). Are there any free trial classes which I can take to try any class?

We do not offer any free trial classes. However, we do have beginner packages (Intro 2-Class Pack and Intro 5-Class Pack) to cater to first-timers. The beginner packages are valid for 2 weeks from activation date (activation from first class booked) and are non-shareable.

Can I join if I am a beginner and new to the classes?

– Of course! We welcome everyone from all walks of life. We recommend first-time riders:
– To sign up for Intro to Ride for your first workout with us. This is a beginner-friendly class that will teach you the basics of rhythmic cycling.
– Don’t be afraid to ask questions! All our Instructors and Studio Leads have been trained to walk you through your first class at MOB.
– Listen to your body. It’s okay to feel tired or gassed out, especially if you haven’t been working out in awhile. So don’t be afraid to slow down your pace as and when needed. We strive to provide an all-inclusive, non-judgmental space for your fitness journey. All you need to do is show up! 

How old do I have to be to join a class?

You must be aged 15 years or over to attend any of our Classes or to use any of our facilities at the Studios. Participants below 15 years old must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Can I join if I am pregnant or just had a baby?

We are inspired that you are keen in staying fit and healthy during this special chapter of your life. However, it is important to seek advice from your health care provider before beginning any exercise program. Upon attending any of our classes, we ask of you to kindly inform our instructors so that we can keep you and your little one in mind.

Can I freeze or extend my packages?

Yes you may only under specific circumstances such as:
– Medical reasons, with valid supporting documents provided.
– Traveling for periods beyond 30 days, proof of travel will be required.
You have been tested positive for Covid-19 and are able to provide supporting document; or
– You are in quarantine and are able to provide the reason why, the length of your quarantine and corresponding evidence. For example, flight tickets, a screenshot of MySejahtera app showing that you were at a place where someone has been tested positive or proof of relationship that someone you are in close contact with are or suspected to be positive.

Otherwise, package extension or freeze is not possible.


How do the class packages work?

We offer credit packages ranging from 1-Class Drop In and up to 100-Class Pack. Each credit entitles you to one class booking.

Do you offer monthly membership?

We have a 12-Class Monthly package available for purchase, which is non-shareable and valid to use for 1-month from the date of purchase. The 12-Class Monthly package is a 3-months subscription. 

Can I share my credits with my friends?

Yes, you can! All packages are shareable, EXCEPT for the 1-class credit, 2-class Beginner, 5-class Starter Package, 12-class monthly package, 5-class credits and 10-class credits. Let us know who you would want to share your package with via email ( and we will set it up for you.

How many friends can I share my credits with?

For 15, 40 and 60 Class Pack, you can share this with up to 4 friends. This means that you can book for up to 5 pax in 1 class, including yourself. 

Can I pay for a package after attending a class?

All packages must be pre-purchased before you are able to book for a class.

Can my friend and I split our payments when buying a package?

Unfortunately, we do not support split payments on our online payment system.

Can my friend and I split our package credits after purchasing a package?

Unfortunately, our booking system does not allow credits to be split between multiple users. However, we can enable the sharing function between you and your friend(s). Just drop us an email ( to let us know and we will get that sorted for you.

Can I transfer the credits from my account to my friend?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer a certain quantity of credits. However, we can enable the sharing function between you and your friend(s) to share the package online.

Can I get a refund for my package?

All fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Booking Classes

How do I book for a class?

Step 1: Purchase a package here (hyperlink to package page).
Step 2: Create a member’s account here (hyperlink to account creation page).
Step 3: Login to your MOB account.
Step 4: Head over to the schedule page and select your preferred class slot to book.
Step 5: Select your preferred slot. After selecting, you will be directed to the “My Classes” page. You should receive a booking confirmation email after.

Can I book a spot for my friend?

Yes you may, but only if you have a shareable package (15-credits and above).

How do I book a spot for my friend?

Step 1: Ensure that your friend has a registered MOB account.
Step 2: Login to your MOB account.
Step 3: Head over to the schedule page and select your preferred class slot to book.
Step 4: Select your preferred slot. After selecting, you will be directed to the “My Classes” page.
Step 5: You may then head over to the gear drop down button for the class which you book to assign Guest.
Step 6: Select “Assign Guest” and you may key in your friend’s email address.

How does the waitlist work for classes?

If a class you wish to attend is full, you may opt to get on the waitlist, we will then notify you via email if a spot opens up for you as soon as possible.

What is our class cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within 12 hours or don’t show up for class, the class credit will be deducted from your account and is strictly non-refundable.

How can I cancel a class booking?

Step 1: Login to your MOB account.
Step 2: Click the orange human icon on the top right and you will be able to see a drop down.
Step 3: From the drop down, select “My Classes”. It will direct you to see your past and future class bookings.
Step 4: You may click “Unreserve” for the class which you prefer to cancel. You will then receive a cancellation email. 

I have a last minute emergency and hence I am not able to attend the class. Can I get a credit refund?

Classes cancelled after the 12-hour cancellation window period are strictly non-refundable. However, in the event of an emergency such as illness, car accident or a family medical emergency, kindly drop us an email at with supporting documents (medical certificate, photos) and we will gladly review your request to process a refund. Please note that traffic jams, last-minute work meetings and so forth will not be entertained.

I have arrived late for class. Can I get my credit back?

When a class has started the doors are closed. As the great Shakespeare once said: “better three hours too soon than a minute late”. To avoid missing your burn, we strongly advise you to arrive 15-minutes before class.

There is a change in instructor for the class which I have booked within the 12 hour cancellation window and I do not wish to attend the class. Can I get my credit back?

 In this situation, we will refund your used credit back into your account. Just drop us an email to to let us know and we will get it sorted for you.
