Gimme all the pasta! When I’m not being a total foodie, exploring new cities, partying to my favourite music, or writing for a living, I’m up by 5:15am six days a week to lift, spin, or run. Your body goes where your mind takes you, and together, we will push past what you thought were barriers, relish the burn, and leave even stronger than before.
