My journey in fitness began as an avid runner but now I focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Being active has helped improve my confidence and has opened many doors for me – I wouldn’t be part of this amazing community at MOB if it wasn’t for my love for sport and I want to inspire others to achieve their personal growth through fitness too!
